applying cellular phone that has a wifi adapter

Hey all, i havent been on this fourm in awhile and I considered Id come on here to discuss an strategy i have. I’ve been searching for a solution to have a better wifi signal on my cellphone, not just at your home but also for public wifi spots. Then i thought of these usb Wifi adapters you could hook into your computer. Is it probable to work with your cell phones usb charging cord and plug a wifi adapter into it and improve your cell phones wifi capabilities. I have a new samsung galaxy note , so i was hoping that this telephone could be able to do the career. This Wifi Phone is like a mini personal computer so i'm considering trying it but just asking yourself if everyone else has had accomplishment with this or has any opinions.
